​Minority Outreach Coalition

It has been the mission of the Minority Outreach Coalition (MOC) since May 1999 to provide leadership, cultural relationship and support that facilitates the identification, implementation and use of health concerns to support the Minority citizens of St. Mary’s County and the many military family contingents which pass through our county.
